Modular Railroading Needs You!

We are always looking for contributions to add to our growing website as a resource for modular railroaders and we'd love to hear from you.  We are actively seeking contributions for the three main areas of the website: Modules, Designs, and Articles.  Please see below for the submission guidelines for each of the different sections.  If you have an idea and are not quite sure where it fits, feel free to contact us here and we will reply with more details of where we think it will fit.  We can also help with artwork production (such as track plans) and photos.

   Submission Requirements

• Module Spotlight
  Would you like to see your module on the front page of Modular Railroading?  This is your chance. We are looking for high quality photos of modules in any scale, era, and geography.  To be considered please send us two to three high quality .jpeg photos to info at modularrailroading.com with the subject line "Module Spotlight Submission." Please include a brief description of the modules and stats such as scale, year built, features, era, and owner of the module.  Please keep all the attachments to less than 10 MB.
• Module Designs
  Do you have a great design idea for a module?  Share it with the modular railroading community.  Please send us an image file with the track plan and a 300-1000 word description of the design.  If you would like to include more photos to help describe the track plan, feel free to include those as well.  To be considered please send everything to info at modularrailroading.com with the subject line "Module Design Submission." Please keep all the attachments to less than 10 MB.
• Articles
  Do you have a technique or idea to help make module building better?  We'd love to hear about it.  Modular Railroading provides articles in all different facets of the modular railroading hobby.  If you have an idea for an article that you would like to share, please write a 300-1000 word article and include one to three photos that highlight the article.  To be considered please send everything to info at modularrailroading.com with the subject line "Module Article Submission." Please keep all the attachments to less than 10 MB.

**Please note, at this time, Modular Railroading does not offer payment for submissions of module photos, designs, or articles.  However, we are willing to offer advertising space in lieu of payment for article submissions.
